| Culture Method | (1) Parasite inoculation: Remove Trichomonas vaginalis from -80°C freezer and rapidly thaw in a 37°C water bath. Inoculate 500μL of undiluted parasite suspension per vial and incubate at 35°C under anaerobic conditions for 2-3 days. (2) Parasite Harvesting Begin harvesting after 3 days of culture. Centrifuge at 1500 rpm for 10 minutes, collect the pellet, and store at -80°C. |
