| Culture Method | ① Remove cryovials from liquid nitrogen or -80°C freezer, place in PE gloves, and quickly immerse in 37°C water bath. Shake cryovials to accelerate thawing; aim for complete thawing within 1 minute. ② Add the suspension to 6-7 mL of complete medium and incubate in a culture incubator. ③ Monitor medium pH and cell density. When cell density exceeds 2 × 10⁶ cells/mL, perform passage or cryopreservation. |
