Morphological CharacteristicsSmall filamentous fungus; colonies are clearly visible on malt extract agar medium. Initial mycelium is white, dense, and vigorous, later turning bluish-gray with wrinkles on the underside of the medium
Culture Method① Prepare 1-2 plates as described above; ② Disinfect ampoule surface, open in safety cabinet, cauterize top with alcohol lamp, then promptly add sterile water to rupture; break open with forceps; ③ Pipette 0.5mL sterile water into freeze-dried tube, dissolve powder completely, then dispense 200μL/Agar plate and spread evenly; ④ Incubate plates under specified conditions until colonies appear, then the culture is ready for use.
