Culture Method① Prepare 1-2 plates as above; ② Open in a safety cabinet, cauterize the top with an alcohol lamp, then quickly add sterile water to rupture it. Immediately break it into pieces using forceps; ③ Pipette 0.5mL sterile water into the freeze-dried vial. After thoroughly dissolving the bacterial powder, dispense 200μL/well onto plates and spread evenly; ④ Incubate plates under the specified conditions. The culture is ready for use once growth appears.
