Culture Method① Prepare 1-2 plates of the aforementioned fresh medium.② Open the lyophilized vial inside a biosafety cabinet; flame the top of the vial with an alcohol lamp, then promptly apply sterile water to crack it open, followed by breaking the vial with forceps.③ Aspirate 0.5 mL of liquid medium into the lyophilized vial to fully dissolve the contents, then transfer the solution back into the liquid culture tube and mix thoroughly.④ Draw 0.2 mL of the bacterial suspension and inoculate it onto the Agar plate, spreading evenly. Repeat this step to prepare two plates.⑤ Incubate the plates under the aforementioned culture conditions until microbial growth is observed, after which the culture is ready for use.
