| Culture Method | ① Prepare 1–2 of the above agar plates; ② Open them in a safety cabinet, scorch the top with a酒精灯, then quickly add a drop of sterile water to crack the surface, and subsequently crush the contents with forceps; ③ Pipette 0.5 mL of sterile water into a freeze-dried vial; after thoroughly dissolving the bacterial powder, dispense approximately 200 μL onto each of the two plates and spread evenly; ④ Incubate the plates under the specified conditions; the strain is ready for use once colonies appear. |
