| Culture Method | ① Prepare 1–2 of the aforementioned agar plates; ② Open the vial in a safety cabinet, scorch the top with a Bunsen burner, then quickly add a drop of sterile water to crack it open, and subsequently crush it with forceps; ③ Pipette 0.5 mL of sterile water into a freeze-dried vial; after thoroughly dissolving the bacterial powder, transfer approximately 200 μL to each of the two agar plates and spread evenly; ④ Incubate the plates under the specified conditions; the strain is ready for use once growth appears. |
