Culture Method① Prepare 1-2 plates as above; ② Disinfect the Agar plate surface and open it in a safety cabinet; ③ Pipette 1-3 ml sterile water onto the Agar plate; use a sterile spreader to scrape the bacterial layer back and forth across the Agar plate surface to create a bacterial suspension; ④ Pipette the suspension with a Pasteur pipette and dispense onto fresh plates, spreading evenly; ⑤ Incubate plates under the specified conditions.
