Culture Method① Prepare 1-2 plates as described above; ② Open in a biosafety cabinet, cauterize the top with a酒精灯, then quickly add sterile water to rupture it; break it into pieces with forceps; ③ Pipette 0.5mL sterile water into the freeze-dried vial, dissolve the powder completely, then dispense approximately 200μL onto each of two plates, spreading evenly; ④ Incubate plates under specified conditions until colonies emerge.
