| Culture Method | ① Prepare 1-2 plates as described above; ② Open in a biosafety cabinet; follow the arrow markings on the vial caps to open the strain and reconstitution solution; ③ Add 1 mL of reconstitution solution to the lyophilized powder, cover with a rubber stopper, and shake to dissolve; ④ Pipette 200 μL of the suspension onto each of the two plates and spread evenly; ⑤ Incubate the plates under the specified conditions until colonies appear, then the strain is ready for use. |
