| Culture Method | sample needs to be dissolved in a total of 30mL sterile water or sterile physiological saline. Before use, place the quality control sample at room temperature for 30 minutes, then open it in a biosafety cabinet and immediately add 3-4 mL of sterile water. Dissolve it and aspirate it into a sterile bottle. Repeat the washing of the remaining sterile water on the inner wall of the penicillin bottle and transfer it all to the above-mentioned sterile bottle, totaling 30 mL. Shake and mix well to obtain the original solution of the standard sample. |
