| Culture Method | The sample needs to be dissolved in a total of 200mL sterile water or sterile physiological saline solution. Before use, place the quality control sample at room temperature for 30 minutes, then open it in a biosafety cabinet and immediately add 3-4mL of sterile water. Dissolve it and aspirate it into a sterile bottle. Repeat the washing of the remaining sterile water on the inner wall of the penicillin bottle and transfer it all to the above sterile bottle. This is the standard quality control sample, which is 200mL in total and has a concentration of 100-2000MPN/100mL. |
