| Culture Method | Remove one vial of frozen ureaplasma stock solution (500 μL) and six tubes pre-filled with culture medium (one serving as a control tube; 5 for culture). Add all thawed ureaplasma to the first tube (containing 4.5mL prepared ureaplasma medium), mix thoroughly, then transfer 0.5mL to the next culture tube. Repeat to create 5 dilution gradients. Incubate all 5 diluted tubes and 1 control tube at 37°C under aerobic conditions for 18 hours. |
