| Culture Method | ① Prepare 1-2 plates as specified above.② Open the vial in a biosafety cabinet, briefly flame the top with an alcohol lamp, and immediately add sterile water to break the seal. Then crush the vial using sterile forceps.③ Aspirate 0.5 mL of sterile water into the freeze-dried vial, fully dissolve the bacterial powder, then transfer approximately 200 µL of the suspension onto each of the two plates and spread evenly.④ Incubate the plates under the specified culture conditions. The strain can be used once growth appears. |
