| Morphological Characteristics | The colonies are 2–4 mm in diameter, circular with irregular margins, and opaque. The colony surface is yellowish-brown, convex, rough, dull, and dry in texture. The cells are Gram‑positive (blue‑violet) and rod‑shaped (bacilli), with old hyphae fragmenting into bacilloid or coccoid forms. The culture is pure. |
