| Culture Method | ① Thaw the Frozen vial in a water bath (30°C) and shake vigorously to dissolve; ② Disinfect the outer wall of the Frozen vial with an alcohol swab, then transfer it to a safety cabinet for handling; ③ Unscrew the tube cap, aspirate the entire contents, and inoculate 1–2 agar plates (approximately 200 μL per Agar plate); ④ After uniform spreading, transfer to the aforementioned culture conditions for incubation. |
