| Culture Method | sample needs to be dissolved in a total of 200 mL sterile water or sterile physiological saline. Before use, place the quality control sample at room temperature for 30 minutes, then open it in a biosafety cabinet and immediately add 3-4 mL of sterile water. Dissolve it and aspirate it into a sterile bottle. Repeat the washing of the remaining sterile water on the inner wall of the penicillin bottle and transfer it all to the above sterile bottle. This is the quality control sample suspension, with a total volume of 200 mL and a concentration of 800-8000 MPN/L. |
