| Culture Method | The sample needs to be dissolved in a total of 100mL sterile water or sterile physiological saline. Before use, place the quality control sample at room temperature for 30 minutes, dissolve it and aspirate it into a sterile bottle. Repeat the washing of the remaining sterile water on the inner wall of the penicillin bottle and transfer it all to the above-mentioned sterile bottle, which is the original solution of the standard sample. |
