| Culture Method | ① Prepare 1–2 of the above agar plates; ② Open them in a safety cabinet, scorch the top with a酒精 lamp, then quickly add a drop of sterile water to crack them open, and subsequently crush them with forceps; ③ Pipette 0.5 mL of sterile water into a freeze-dried vial, dissolve the bacterial powder thoroughly, then pipette 200 μL per plate and spread evenly; ④ Incubate the plates under the specified conditions; the strain is ready for use once colonies appear. |
