| Morphological Characteristics | The colonies are 1-2 mm in diameter, circular with regular margins, and opaque. They appear creamy white on the surface, with a raised center, and are smooth, glossy, and moist in texture. No pigment is produced. The organisms are Gram-negative (G⁻, appearing red) and rod-shaped (bacilli). Purity: pure. |
