Culture Method① Thaw the cryovial in a 37 °C water bath and shake vigorously to dissolve the contents.② Wipe the outer surface of the cryovial with an alcohol swab for disinfection, then transfer it to a biosafety cabinet for further operations.③ Unscrew the cap, aspirate the entire dissolved solution, and inoculate it onto 1–2 agar plates (about 200 μL per plate; if culturing anaerobic bacteria, pre‑condition the medium in an anaerobic environment for 24 h to remove oxygen).④ Spread evenly and then transfer the plates to the specified culture conditions for incubation.
