Culture Method① Dissolve the sample in 10mL sterile water or sterile physiological saline; ② Before use, place the quality control sample at room temperature for 30 minutes, then open it in a biosafety cabinet and immediately add 3-4 mL of sterile water. Dissolve it and aspirate it into a sterile bottle; ③ Repeat the washing of the remaining sterile water on the inner wall of the penicillin bottle and transfer it all to the above-mentioned sterile bottle, which is the positive quality control sample, totaling 10mL, with a concentration of 10 ^ 4~10 ^ 6CFU/mL
