| Morphological Characteristics | Colonies grow vigorously on PDA medium, spreading extensively. The medium appears white on the surface and deep yellow on the reverse side, with a rough texture and dry appearance. |
| Culture Method | ① Thaw Frozen vials in a 30°C water bath, shaking vigorously to dissolve; ② Disinfect outer surface of vial with alcohol swab, then transfer to safety cabinet for handling; ③ Unscrew cap, aspirate entire thawed solution, and inoculate 1-2 agar plates (approx. 200μL per Agar plate); ④ Spread evenly and incubate under specified conditions. |
