SKU 118281

Bioware

A genetically modified microbial culture carrying defined recombinant characteristics for controlled experimental use.
Suitable for molecular biology workflows, expression studies, method verification, and laboratory quality control.

Technical Specifications

OrganismPleurotus ostreatus
Material TypeRecombinant Microbial Strain
Preservation FormFrozen vial
Morphological CharacteristicsOn general potato dextrose agar (PDA), the isolate exhibits a spreading growth pattern. It forms a dense, luxuriant, and floccose (cottony) mycelial mat that is white in color. The colonies have circular and entire (smooth, regular) margins.
Culture Method① Dissolve the Frozen vial in a water bath (fungi at 30 °C) and shake rapidly to dissolve; ② Wipe the outer wall of the Frozen vial with an alcohol swab for disinfection, and then transfer it to a safe cabinet for operation; ③ Unscrew the cap of the tube, aspirate all the dissolved solution, and transfer it into 1-2 agar plates (approximately 200 μL per agar plate); ④ After uniform coating, transfer to the above cultivation conditions for cultivation.
Culture Conditions25-28 °C; 5-7 days; aerobic
