| Culture Method | ① Prepare one 90mm solid Agar plate, one inoculation spatula, and one inoculation hoe; ② Flame sterilize the inoculating spoon and inoculating fork; cool and set aside; ③ Disinfect the outer wall of the Agar Slant; open under sterile conditions. First use the inoculating fork, then the inoculating spoon to cut blocks; ④ Lift the fungal block with the inoculating spoon and place it on the surface of the agar plate; cover the Agar plate; ⑤ Place plates upright in the fungal incubator and cultivate under the specified conditions. Do not seal with plastic wrap. Plates are ready for use once nearly fully colonized. |
