Morphological CharacteristicsFilamentous fungi exhibit distinct colonies on comprehensive PDA medium, with vigorous, dense, and low-lying mycelium. Initial mycelium appears bluish-white, later producing grayish-green spores. May display sparse radial wrinkles or indistinct concentric rings.
Culture Method① Prepare 1-2 plates as described above; ② Open plates in a safety cabinet after surface disinfection; ③ Pipette 1-3 ml sterile water onto the Agar plate; use a sterile spreader to scrape the surface culture layer back and forth to create a bacterial suspension; ④ Pipette the suspension with a Pasteur pipette onto fresh plates and spread evenly; ⑤ Incubate plates under the specified conditions.
