| Culture Method | ① Thaw Frozen vial in water bath (37°C bacteria), dissolve by rapid shaking; ② Disinfect outer surface of vial with alcohol swab, then transfer to biosafety cabinet for handling; ③ Unscrew cap, aspirate entire thawed solution, and inoculate 1-2 agar plates (approx. 200μL per Agar plate; for anaerobic cultures, pre-deoxygenate medium in anaerobic conditions for 24h); ④ After uniform spreading, incubate under the aforementioned conditions. |
