| Culture Method | The sample needs to be dissolved in a total of 5 mL of sterile water or sterile physiological saline. Before use, place the quality control sample at room temperature for 30 minutes, then open it in a biosafety cabinet and immediately add 5 mL of sterile water. After dissolution, shake the penicillin bottle and shake it evenly to obtain a negative quality control sample, totaling 5 mL with a concentration of 300-3000 CFU/mL. The sample needs to be dissolved in a total of 5 mL of sterile water or sterile physiological saline.
