| Morphological Characteristics | Small filamentous fungi have obvious colonies on the comprehensive PDA medium, with white hyphae in the early stage, gradually turning red, and then turning purple red as they age. They are dense and vigorous, spreading and growing towards the edge of the Agar plate. The back of the medium is initially orange and later turns purple red |
| Culture Method | ① Dissolve the Frozen vial in a water bath (fungi at 30 °C) and shake rapidly to dissolve; ② Wipe the outer wall of the Frozen vial with an alcohol swab for disinfection, and then transfer it to a safe cabinet for operation; ③ Unscrew the tube cap, aspirate all the dissolved solution, and transfer it into 1-2 agar plates; ④ After uniform coating, transfer to the above cultivation conditions for cultivation. |
