| Culture Method | ① Prepare 1-2 YM plates; ② Disinfect the surface of the ampoule. Open it in a safety cabinet, cauterize the top with a酒精灯, then quickly add sterile water to rupture it. Crush it with forceps; ③ Pipette 0.5mL sterile water into the freeze-dried vial. After complete dissolution, directly pipette the suspension (200μl/vial) onto YM plates and spread evenly; ④ Incubate plates under the specified conditions for 24–48 hours. |
