| Culture Method | ① Prepare 1–2 plates as described above; ② Open in a safety cabinet; following the arrow markings on the vial cap, open the strain and reconstitution solution; ③ Add 1 mL of reconstitution solution to the Freeze dried pellet, cover with a rubber stopper, and shake to dissolve; ④ Pipette 200 μL of the bacterial suspension into each of the two plates and spread evenly; ⑤ Incubate the plates under the specified conditions; the strain is ready for use once growth appears. |
