Culture Method① Thaw Frozen vials in a 37°C water bath, shaking vigorously to dissolve; ② Disinfect the outer surface of the vial with an alcohol swab, then transfer to a biosafety cabinet for handling; ③ Unscrew the cap, aspirate the entire thawed solution, and Agar plate onto 1-2 agar plates; ④ After uniform spreading, incubate under the specified conditions. (Keep plates moist during incubation; if plates dry out, open them in the biosafety cabinet and inoculate with appropriate amounts of peptone soy broth)
