Technical Specifications
| Organism | Fusarium sp. |
|---|---|
| Material Type | Microbial Strain |
| Preservation Form | Freeze dried pellet |
| Morphological Characteristics | Small filamentous fungi, forming distinct colonies on PDA medium. The mycelium is purplish-red, dense, and vigorous, exhibiting spreading growth toward the edge of the Agar plate. The reverse side of the medium appears brownish-yellow. |
| Culture Method | ① Prepare 1-2 PDA plates.② After surface sterilization of the test tube Agar slant, open it inside a biosafety cabinet.③ Using a sterile inoculation hoe and spatula, cut the culture into small square pieces measuring 0.5 × 0.5 cm² (see the attached page for details).④ Place the small square piece flat onto the center of the Agar plate, on the surface of the agar.⑤ Incubate the Agar plate upright under the aforementioned culture conditions until microbial growth is observed, after which the culture is ready for use. |
