Morphological CharacteristicsThe isolate was a small filamentous fungus. On general PDA medium, it formed distinct, white colonies with dense and vigorous mycelia, exhibiting spreading growth toward the Agar plate periphery. The reverse side of the medium showed a pale yellow coloration.
Culture MethodSmall filamentous fungi have obvious white colonies and dense hyphae on the comprehensive PDA medium, spreading and growing towards the edge of the Agar plate. The back of the medium is light yellow
