Technical Specifications
| Organism | Fecal coliform negative control quality control sample(Multi tube fermentation method) |
|---|---|
| Material Type | Microbiological Quality Control |
| Preservation Form | Freeze dried pellet |
| Culture Method | The sample needs to be dissolved in a total of 300mL sterile water or sterile physiological saline.Prior to use, allow the quality control sample to equilibrate to room temperature for 30 minutes. Subsequently, open it within a biosafety cabinet, immediately add 3–4 mL of sterile water for reconstitution, and then aspirate and transfer the solution into a sterile bottle.Rinse the inner walls of the vial with the remaining sterile water, and transfer all washes to the sterile bottle mentioned above. The resulting solution constitutes the negative quality control sample, with a total volume of 300 mL and a concentration of 300–3000 MPN/L. |
