| Culture Method | ① Prepare 1 tube of liquid culture medium with a diameter of 18mm, approximately 10mL (placed in anaerobic environment for 24 hours of deoxygenation in advance); ② Dissolve the Frozen vials in a 37 °C water bath and shake rapidly for dissolution; ③ Suck the bacterial solution back into the test tube liquid culture medium; ④ Place the liquid test tube under the specified "culture conditions" mentioned above for cultivation. If the bacterial liquid is turbid or there is a large amount of bacterial growth at the bottom, it can be used. |
