| Culture Method | ① Prepare two plates as described above.② Disinfect the surface of the ampoule, open it in a biosafety cabinet, briefly flame the top with an alcohol burner, and immediately add sterile water to break the seal. Then crush the ampoule with sterile forceps.③ Aspirate 0.5 mL of sterile water into the freeze‑dried vial, thoroughly dissolve the bacterial powder, and transfer 200 μL of the suspension onto each of the two plates, spreading evenly.④ Incubate the plates under the specified culture conditions. The strain is ready for use once growth appears. |
