| Culture Method | ① Prepare 1-2 plates as described above; ② Open in a safety cabinet, cauterize the top with a酒精灯, then quickly add sterile water to break it, and subsequently crush it with forceps; ③ Pipette 0.5mL sterile water into the freeze-dried vial. After complete dissolution of the bacterial powder, dispense 200μL/well onto plates and spread evenly; ④ Incubate plates under the specified conditions. The strain is ready for use once growth appears. |
