Culture Method① Dissolve the frozen tube in a water bath (37 °C for bacteria) and shake quickly to dissolve; ② Wipe the outer wall of the Frozen vial with an alcohol swab for disinfection, and then transfer it to a safe cabinet for operation; ③ Unscrew the tube cover, extract all the dissolved solution, and inject it into the liquid culture medium (for anaerobic bacteria cultivation, the culture medium needs to be placed in an anaerobic environment for 24 hours to remove oxygen); ④ Place the liquid test tube under the specified "culture conditions" mentioned above for cultivation. If the bacterial liquid is turbid or there is a large amount of bacterial growth at the bottom, it can be used.
