| Culture Method | ① Prepare 1-2 pieces of the aforementioned agar plates (pre-incubated in an anaerobic environment for 24 hours to remove oxygen); ② Open them in a safety cabinet, ignite the top with an alcohol burner, quickly drop sterile water to rupture them, and then use tweezers to break them into pieces; ③ Pipette 0.5mL of sterile water into the lyophilized tubes, fully dissolve the bacterial powder, and then dispense 200μL per Agar plate, spreading it evenly; ④ Incubate the agar plates under the aforementioned culture conditions until the bacterial strain grows, and then they are ready for use. |
