| Material Type | Microbial Strain |
| Preservation Form | Frozen vial |
| Morphological Characteristics | Gram‑positive (G⁺, appearing blue‑violet), rod‑shaped (bacillus). |
| Culture Method | ① Prepare one 18mm test tube liquid medium, about 10mL (placed in anaerobic environment for deoxygenation for 24 hours in advance); ② Dissolve the Frozen vials in a 37 °C water bath and shake rapidly for dissolution; Wipe the outer wall of the Frozen vial with an alcohol swab for disinfection, and then transfer it to an anaerobic glove box for operation; ③ Unscrew the cap of the tube, aspirate all the dissolved solution, and transfer the bacterial solution to a new liquid culture medium using a pipette or suction tube in an anaerobic environment; ④ Incubate the liquid test tube under the above cultivation conditions until the bacterial solution becomes turbid and ready for use. |
