| Culture Method | ① Prepare 1 tube of liquid culture medium with a diameter of 18mm, about 10mL (placed in anaerobic environment for 24 hours of deoxygenation in advance); ② Dissolve the Frozen vials in a 37 °C water bath and shake rapidly for dissolution; ③ Suck the bacterial liquid and transfer it into the liquid culture medium of the test tube; ④ Place the liquid test tube under the above cultivation conditions for cultivation. If the bacterial liquid is slightly turbid or there is bacterial growth at the bottom, it can be used. |
