| Culture Method | ① Prepare 1-2 plates as above; ② Open in a safety cabinet, cauterize the top with an alcohol lamp, then quickly add sterile water to break it open. After fully dissolving the powder, dispense approximately 200 μL onto each of two plates and spread evenly; ④ Incubate plates under specified conditions until colonies emerge. |
