| Morphological Characteristics | Small filamentous fungi grow well on PDA medium, but grow slowly. The front of the medium is white and the back is yellow |
| Culture Method | ① Dissolve the Frozen vials in a water bath and shake them quickly for dissolution; ② Wipe the outer wall of the Frozen vial with an alcohol swab for disinfection, and then transfer it to a safe cabinet for operation; ③ Unscrew the tube cap, aspirate all the dissolved solution, and transfer it into 1-2 agar plates; ④ After uniform coating, transfer to the above cultivation conditions for cultivation. Attention should be paid to maintaining humidity when cultivating at high temperatures, and 500mL of sterile water should be added during cultivation. |
