| Culture Method | ① Prepare one of the above plates; ② Open the safety cabinet, burn the top with an alcohol lamp, quickly drip sterile water to break it, and then use tweezers to crush it; ③ Take 0.5mL of Brucella broth and transfer it into a freeze-drying tube. After fully dissolving the bacterial powder, transfer it into a Agar plate and apply evenly; Cover the agar surface with sufficient (1-4ml) Brucella broth or brain extract broth to maintain biphasic culture throughout the entire cultivation period (the culture will not grow on a dry surface). ④ Transfer to the above cultivation conditions for cultivation. |
