| Culture Method | ① Thaw Frozen vial in 37°C water bath, shake vigorously to dissolve; ② Disinfect the outer wall of the vial with an alcohol swab, then transfer to anaerobic glove box for handling; ③ Unscrew the cap, aspirate the entire thawed suspension, and inoculate 1-2 agar plates (approx. 200μL per Agar plate; for anaerobic cultures, pre-deoxygenate the medium in anaerobic conditions for 24h); ④ After uniform spreading, incubate under the aforementioned conditions. |
