Culture Method① Prepare 1-2 plates as described above.② Within a biosafety cabinet, open the vial and flame the top briefly with an alcohol lamp, then immediately add sterile water to break the seal. Use forceps to crush the vial.③ Aspirate 0.5 mL of sterile water into the freeze-dried vial, fully dissolve the bacterial powder, then transfer approximately 200 µL of the suspension onto each of the two plates and spread evenly.④ Incubate the plates under the specified culture conditions. The strain can be used once growth appears.
