Culture Method① Prepare 1-2 plates as described above; ② Open in a safety cabinet, cauterize the top with an alcohol lamp, then quickly add sterile water to break it open; subsequently crush it with forceps; ③ Pipette 0.5mL sterile water into the freeze-dried vial, dissolve the powder thoroughly, then dispense approximately 200μL onto each of two plates, spreading evenly; ④ Incubate plates under specified conditions until colonies emerge for use.
