| Culture Method | ① Prepare 1–2 of the above agar plates; ② Open in a biosafety cabinet, scorch the top with a Bunsen burner, then quickly add a drop of sterile water to crack it open, and subsequently crush it with forceps; ③ Pipette 0.5 mL of sterile water into a freeze-dried vial, dissolve the powder thoroughly, then dispense approximately 200 μL onto each of the two plates and spread evenly; ④ Incubate the plates under the specified conditions; the culture is ready for use once growth appears. |
