Technical Specifications
| Organism | Aspergillus fumigatus Fresenius, anamorph |
|---|---|
| Material Type | Microbial Strain |
| Preservation Form | Freeze dried pellet |
| Morphological Characteristics | The fungus exhibited white, floccose mycelium at the early stage, developing into a dark smoke-green colony with a wrinkled reverse on the agar medium at the later stage. |
| Culture Method | ① Prepare 1-2 agar plates as described above.② Sterilize the surface of the ampoule vial. Open it within a biological safety cabinet. Briefly flame the top, then immediately apply a drop of sterile water to crack it. Use sterile forceps to break it open.③ Aspirate 0.5 mL of sterile water and inject it into the freeze-dried vial. Mix thoroughly to completely resuspend the bacterial powder. Transfer 200 μL of the suspension onto each agar plate and spread evenly.④ Incubate the plates under the aforementioned culture conditions for 5-7 days. |
